I still hold the early 2000’s Battlestar Galactica reboot as one of the best science fiction series of all time. And it still holds up!

I always think of the Battlestar Galactica as a warship, of course–but throughout the series it becomes something more than that. BSG75 becomes a home; and, what’s more, it becomes a lifeboat. So I’ve always thought of Battlestar Galactica as just that–a kind of lifeboat.
