This Star Trek fan art features the Ambassador-class USS Enterprise NCC-1701-C. The Enterprise-C is famous for its last heroic stand defending a Klingon outpost on Narendra III (one of my all time favorite episodes: “Yesterday’s Enterprise”).

Here, the ship is depicted in slightly happier days–performing more diplomatic tasks and extending an olive branch to the rest of the galaxy–a true ambassador!
