USS Enterprise-E Art: “Explorers”

There’s that great line in Star Trek: Insurrection: “Can anyone remember when we used to be explorers?”

Star Trek, at its heart, is about exploration. Sometimes that means exploring strange new worlds. Sometimes that means exploring the human condition. Often, it’s both. That’s what I love about Trek. And it’s something that I think both Discovery and Picard have done really nicely.

So I wanted to showcase the Enterprise-E doing this favorite activity. A Sovereign-class starship, much is made of the arsenal on the Enterprise-E. But I prefer to think of it still first and foremost as a ship of peace and exploration. And that’s how I’ve decided to depict it here. I hope you like it!
